Archie has been accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a Coach at the Senior Practitioner level and is a Certified Process Consultant with the Society of Process Consulting.

He has a Master of Arts in International Relations from Monash University, a Master of Arts in Executive and Business Coaching from Leeds Beckett University, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Monash University, an Advanced Diploma in Executive Business Coaching from Leeds Beckett University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from Leeds Beckett University.
