Six Lessons in Six Months for an Interim CEO
I was appointed as Interim CEO at Act for Peace in April 2026. I’ve been reflecting on my work over the last six months and have developed six core lessons that I hope will be useful to any leader navigating organisational transformations in a mission-driven organisation.
