Organisational and Project Reviews
ALC was invited by ActionAid International to lead an independent Review Team to review ActionAid Myanmar’s progress against its five-year strategy from August 2017-December 2017.
OUTCOMES
- Archie led the Review Team through its analysis of reports, evaluations and reviews, interviews with staff members, a survey of all staff members and facilitated workshops.
- The team met with young people from four States, government officials, UN officials, civil society leaders, think tanks and rural communities in Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw and the Dry Zone.
- Archie then led the review team to shape a series of recommendations as a contribution to AAM’s future direction which shaped the new country strategy.

Archie was engaged by UNDP from November 2017 - December 2017 to conduct a review assessing whether the UNDP Türkiye demining project had achieved the expected results.
OUTCOMES
- Archie met with senior government officials, mine action specialists, members of the donor community and senior United Nations Officials concerning the achievements and challenges of the project.
- Archie wrote the ensuing report which was well received by UNDP, Donors and the Government and prepared the ground for the next phase of this project which was clearing landmines on Türkiye's eastern border.
