Strengthening Save the Children's Leadership Practice in the Asia Region
Save the Children operates across complex environments in the Asia region, requiring strong, aligned leadership teams capable of navigating organisational, cultural, and contextual challenges. Archie Law worked with Country Office Leadership Teams across the region to strengthen leadership practice and support more effective collaboration and alignment.

Designed the Team’s Leadership Programme with Dr Simon Western.
Delivery of leadership programmes
Delivered the Eco-Leadership Team Programme to 18 leaders across the Asia Region.
Facilitating leadership programmes
Delivered the leadership programme across the Asia region, including leadership teams from the Asia Regional Office, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Türkiye and Vietnam.
Outcomes.
